The Challenge
- This client is a local small business owner who works long hours seven days a week. It was important to our client that the home exude a light, calm ambiance.
- The client preferred not to have any carpeting in the home. They wanted to use a predominance of tile throughout, but were concerned that it may appear cold and uninviting.
The Solution
- We accommodated our client’s tight schedule with early morning meetings and several meetings after 7PM
- We selected tile and color pallets that had a spa quality to them in the large living room, kitchen, foyer, hallways and home bar areas.
- We selected rich hardwood floors in all the bedrooms to help with sound quality and add an element of warmth to each room.
